Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Land of Misk is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• For any damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, please contact info@landofmisk.us immediately.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted for products that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Used, opened, or partially used fragrances cannot be returned under any circumstance.
• The return window for eligible orders is 14 days from the date of delivery.
• All return requests must be submitted by email to info@landofmisk.us. Please include your name, order # and reason for returning product when sending in your request. Return requests will be reviewed and may be approved at which point further instructions will be provided.
• Refunds will only be issued after returned merchandise is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed minus return shipping costs, back to the original payment method.
• Land of Misk reserves the right to inspect, accept, or reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions or for any reason not listed, at our discretion.
• This return policy applies to Perfume products. Ittar oils, custom products, and other items are not returnable under any circumstance.
• No price adjustments will be made for purchases made before or after a time period in which promotional pricing is offered.
